A friend had posted this to their IG story. And being the they’re a very attractive human in both soul and flesh, I wanted to send a heart eyed smiley face, or at the very least a flame emoji. But even the sending of those particular window tapping pebbles had less to do with what I thought of their quote, and more to do with me wanting attention from them.

Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts, your thoughts are energy, pure matter. They are powerful and seek out similar energies to attach to. Take fear, fear will attach to fear to create a tidal wave of fear. Imagine a group or person that you have a judgement about. You keep thinking of them and how angry you are.

No one of us is any less than The Buddha or Jesus. It’s thinking that we are less that keeps us from greatness.

Before I write what I'm going to write I want to preface it by saying that I don't want to tell anyone what to do, how to feel, think, be, process or live their lives.

Truth is often uncomfortable. It is only comforting to those who do not wish to ignore it. Then, truth becomes not only comforting, but inspiring.

I remember studying for my PT cert back in early 2000, and most people that I told almost always enthusiastically said “Wow, you’re going to help a lot of people!”. Interestingly enough, none of them said “Wow! You must be really passionate about training”.
